There's this question " Has your father been physically present in California for the last 3 years, excluding brief absences for vacation purposes?" Anyways my dad lives in the Philippines and is not a U.S. citizen, however he does have a Social Security Number, and he does come here like twice a year and stays for a few weeks. He also worked here for a bit before going back. I was wondering whether I should say yes providing that he was physically present here or no due to the short duration he was here.
