They take great pride in the workmanship, training their own apprentices in traditional methods of manufacture, keeping alive the designs of the early thirties. The six polishing stages and assembly are done by hand.

Insert the pencil in the top, turn the handle and watch the 6 rotating knifes shave off the wood, creating a perfectly sharpened pencil. The shavings fall into the drawer, which features a file to give your pencil an additional edge. The sharpener stands firmly on rubber feet, protecting the desk surface.
