It's something of a leap of faith - purchasing a product and relying heavily for information, on a picture on a monitor screen. From a customer's email, "...It looks great, even better than on your web site..." For us, this was reassuring of course, but no more that one would expect. We continually push our suppliers for the best possible pictures but the real thing, when it is delivered, will always beat the picture.
A charming couple that run a delightful bed and breakfast establishment in the U.K. went out shopping for a toy sailboat for a grandchild to sail on the local pond. Disappointingly, they failed to find a local shop that had one in stock. Fortunately for them, we stock sailboats on this site. Unfortunately for us, they didn't know this. Unhappily, they were obliged to compromise. Happily, they now know about our site.
